Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Alexandria, LA. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and other receptionist duties. The receptionist will also handle light clerical tasks, assist with patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Clerical Skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a medical or dental office is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent education required
