Job Summary:
Pride Health is hiring for a
Radiology Technologist
to support our clients medical facility based in
Columbus, OH.
This role focuses on intraoperative imaging and requires advanced experience with C-arm and O-arm systems. Ideal candidates will bring strong technical skills, surgical environment experience, and a collaborative mindset.** This is a high-acuity setting with exposure to trauma, teaching hospital workflows, and inpatient/outpatient environments.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality C-arm and O-arm imaging during surgical procedures Perform intraoperative X-ray imaging following safety and quality standards Support the surgical team with real-time imaging and positioning guidance Ensure proper equipment maintenance, reporting issues promptly Follow radiation safety protocols (ALARA) and infection control standards Document imaging procedures and patient data in the electronic charting system (Epic preferred) Participate in continuing education and training initiatives
Required Experience & Qualifications: Registered with ARRT (R) Current BLS certification
(AHA) Valid State Radiologic Technologist License
(as applicable) Minimum 2 years
of radiologic technologist experience, including OR and trauma exposure Must rate
3 or 4
in proficiency with
C-arm and O-arm
systems ( Required ) Teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center experience
Required Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Technical Skills & Equipment: Surgical/OR Imaging : C-arm, O-arm Equipment Experience : CT Airo, Medtronic, Stryker, Ziehm, GE systems Charting System : Epic (preferred) Procedures : Intraoperative, mobile X-ray, fluoroscopy
Work Environment: Operating Room Adult Acute Care Inpatient & Outpatient Level I Trauma Teaching Hospital

10:00 PM Call Required: Yes Float: Required to units/locations of equal acuityRotating weekend shifts are required Block scheduling is not guaranteed Pay Range/Salary Range: $2250/wk to $2450/wk
