About the Company Brightview Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our dedicated team providing in-home ABA therapy. At Brightview, we are committed to empowering children and supporting families through personalized, evidence-based care that makes a real difference.
About the Role As a BCBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Pay Range and Compensation Package: $85,000
$105,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Flexible schedule with remote administrative work Health benefits, paid time off, and professional development support Bonus opportunities
Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines
Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing
Required Skills: Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients homes
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., Central Reach) Bilingual abilities
