About the Role I am seeking an experienced
Clinical Project Manager
to lead and support clinical research activities for innovative technologies addressing complex structural heart conditions. Youll oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multicenter clinical trials, ensuring studies meet global regulatory, scientific, and operational standards.

What Youll Do Manage assigned clinical research projects from initiation through completion. Support regulatory submissions and documentation under global frameworks (FDA, EU MDR, etc.). Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing teams. Coordinate with CROs, investigators, and clinical sites to ensure study compliance and data integrity. Prepare and review study-related documents, including protocols, reports, and publications. Oversee vendor management, site contracting, and budget tracking. Provide site training and ensure maintenance of IRB/EC approvals throughout study duration. Contribute to post-market surveillance and quality assurance activities.
What You Bring Bachelors degree in
life sciences, engineering, or related field
(advanced degree preferred). 2+ years
of experience managing or supporting multicenter clinical research studies (IDE or pre-CE preferred). Knowledge of
medical device clinical regulations , trial operations, and documentation. Proficiency with
MS Office, project management tools, and data systems . Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
