Land Development Project Manager (Austin)

Position:

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Civil Engineering (Land Development) We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

with a strong background in

civil engineering

and

land development . In this role, you will oversee the

design and delivery

of a variety of projects, including

residential subdivisions ,

master-planned communities ,

mixed-use developments , and

commercial sites . Key Responsibilities Lead the

engineering design

and

plan preparation

for land development projects, including grading, paving, drainage, and utility systems. Serve as the

primary liaison

with clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes. Oversee

project reporting, budgeting, and invoicing

to maintain transparency and financial accuracy. Mentor and guide

junior engineers and CAD technicians, fostering team growth and technical excellence. Ensure

high-quality ,

timely , and

cost-effective

delivery of all project components. Qualifications Bachelors degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related discipline. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

in Texas, or the ability to transfer licensure. A minimum of

8 years of civil engineering experience , with a focus on

residential and mixed-use land development . 12 years of experience

in project management or task leadership preferred. Proficiency in

Civil 3D ,

AutoCAD , and

stormwater modeling software

(e.g., HEC-HMS, StormCAD). Strong

verbal and written communication skills . Experience working with

municipalities

or

public sector clients

is preferred.
