Project Director
to lead a business unit with responsibility for profit and loss, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role oversees multiple large-scale projects (typically $25M+ annual revenue) and manages senior project managers, project managers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent electrical construction projects Ensure safe practices, quality standards, and financial performance Drive client development and long-term business growth Mentor and develop project management teams Oversee contracts, estimating, risk management, and project execution Directly supervise 60+ employees across teams
Qualifications
Masters in Construction Engineering & Management (or equivalent experience) 15+ years in electrical construction with a proven track record of success Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and estimating software PMP and OSHA 30 preferred; state electrical license required Willingness to travel
This is a senior leadership role for someone passionate about safety, client relationships, and delivering profitable, high-quality projects.
