Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment that aligns with the companys culture of excellence. Extremely manageable case load!
Must-Have Skills: A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT). Strong commitment to patient care and personalized treatment planning. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent documentation skills, particularly with EMR systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Outpatient experience, particularly with orthopedic, neurological, or sports-related conditions. Familiarity with performance-based bonus systems. Experience contributing to clinic culture and professional environments. Knowledge of wellness and fitness services industry trends. Interest in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
