to support our clients top-tier pediatric healthcare facility
Grafton, WI . This is a
13-week travel or local contract

$2800 Weekly Gross
Job Summary The
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
will perform a full range of nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic imaging, therapies, and cardiac studies, within a busy hospital setting. The technologist is responsible for patient preparation, administration of radiopharmaceuticals, image acquisition, and quality control, ensuring safety and accuracy throughout all procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment that serves diverse patient populations, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions using advanced imaging systems. Key Responsibilities Perform general nuclear medicine studies, including cardiac, thyroid, and therapeutic procedures. Assist with
Y-90 therapies
(preferred). Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals following safety and regulatory guidelines. Operate imaging systems (2 GE units and 1 D-Spec) to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation in
Epic
EMR system. Adhere to all radiation safety, infection control, and hospital protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. Participate in orientation and training to maintain knowledge of hospital procedures and technology.
Education & Certifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited
Nuclear Medicine Technology Program . Certifications (Required): BLS (AHA)
Basic Life Support NMTCB (CNMT)
or equivalent credential Preferred:
ARRT (NM) certification, Y-90 therapy experience
Experience Requirements Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Experience with
general nuclear medicine studies, cardiac imaging, thyroid procedures, and therapies . First-time travelers considered upon review.
