Certifications Required: ARRT (N) BLS CNMT MRT
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience Siemens equipment experience preferred
Duties & Overview: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform high-quality nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring radiation and patient safety, performing quality control, maintaining imaging equipment, and collaborating with radiology and clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine and PET procedures (planar, SPECT, SPECT/CT) Conduct equipment Q.C. per ACR, RAM, and manufacturer standards Adhere to all radiation and infection control protocols Communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams Assist with inventory, documentation, and PACS workflow
