Construction Project Manager - Multifamily (Tampa)

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing team in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Manage project timelines, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reports to ownership Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain project goals and milestones Qualifications: Experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction projects Proven background in managing large-scale apartment or mixed-use projects Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes and subcontractor management Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
