Position Overview We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to lead projects in Occupied
Commercial Living Environments , overseeing complex renovations and new construction ranging from
$250K to $15M . This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to manage high-visibility, fast-paced projects across the Mountain West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership:
Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through close-out Team Coordination:
Work closely with field superintendents to maintain project schedules and logistics Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between owners, facility managers, consultants, and vendors Budget Oversight:
Control project costs, manage subcontractor buyout, and process change orders and pay apps Scheduling & Documentation:
Create master schedules, track submittals, manage RFI logs, and coordinate meetings Quality Assurance:
Deliver projects on time and on budget, minimizing disruption in active environments On-Site Presence:
Travel as needed for project launches, walkthroughs, and close-out inspections
Who Were Looking For Experience:
7+ years in project management within
commercial construction , preferably with experience in: Assisted living facilities and senior housing Multifamily and mixed-use developments Hospitality and retail environments Experience in: Tenant Improvements (Occupied spcae) and renovatations Construction Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CSI divisions, GMP contracts, buyout practices, and safety compliance Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with
Procore ,
Bluebeam ,
Buildertrend , or similar project management platforms Scheduling Expertise:
Skilled in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource coordination Strong Communicator:
Able to lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and manage expectations professionally Problem Solver:
Comfortable navigating challenges on live job sites with minimal supervision
