Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and ensuring effective cost management. The role requires strong communication with clients and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and with project teams Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
