$130,000-$180,000 Base Salary + Production | $30,000 Joining Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for DVMs of all experience levels, including recent graduates, who want to build their skills alongside three experienced veterinarians with additional expertise in surgery, alternative therapies, and equine care.

NB, For experienced DVMs, our client can also consider a fast track to Medical Director position in this simply stunning recently refurbished hospital with state of art facilities and tenured loyal support team.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a balanced caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries Working with both small animals and equine patients Delivering compassionate care and building long-lasting client relationships Contributing to a supportive, collaborative workplace

Schedule & Hours

Full-time status can be achieved working just 30 hours per week, typically across four weekdays, giving you flexibility and balance within hospital opening times:

Mon - Fri: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (required rotational basis only) Sun: Closed

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000-$180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) $30,000 joining bonus 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays CE allowance and professional development support Paid professional dues and license fees Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Relocation support available

Who We're Looking For

DVM (or equivalent) degree Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas Open to all levels of experience-from recent graduates to seasoned clinicians
