Geotechnical Engineer
to support its expanding operations in Central Texas. With flexibility to be based in either Austin or San Antonio, this role offers the chance to work on a wide range of impactful projects while contributing to a collaborative and technically focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field investigations, soil sampling, and laboratory testing programs Perform geotechnical analyses for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, and pavements Prepare detailed technical reports and design recommendations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, and environmental disciplines Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support project delivery Assist with project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering PE license (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe) 3-8 years of geotechnical engineering experience Strong technical writing and communication skills Familiarity with geotechnical software such as gINT, GeoStudio, or PLAXIS is a plus
