no travel or relocation required This contractor has multiple ongoing and upcoming projects in the DFW metro, with work ranging from $5M$30M. Projects include Religous Buildings, Office, and other ground up commercial builds. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects over $10M Key responsibilities: Project Coordination & Safety Lead safety planning, implementation, and compliance Manage day-to-day site operations from pre-construction to closeout Maintain the Site Utilization Plan Coordinate with Project Managers on equipment, submittals, and subcontractor progress Develop and maintain CPM schedules and narrative updates Drive schedule adherence and problem-solving with vendors and subcontractors Track labor and costs to ensure alignment with project budget Oversee on-site Quality Control Program Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite Document and mitigate potential change orders and subcontractor issues Complete all required site reporting, logs, and schedule updates Talent Development & Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing field team Support learning, development, and career growth for team members Onboard and train new project staff Deliver consistent coaching and feedback to direct reports
