Position Overview: Were hiring a proactive, detail-oriented
Wholesale Sales Assistant
to support our sales team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is your chance to grow with a vibrant, fast-moving brand and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry!
What Youll Do: Keep our specialty accounts happy with proactive follow-ups and up-to-date line sheets Help manage our wholesale platforms (Joor & NuOrder) like a pro Process trade show and customer orders from start to finishno detail too small! Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional follow-up to keep our clients smiling Collaborate with our stellar customer service team on all things orders: approvals, edits, price updates, and more Own the order log and keep it running like a well-oiled machine Create and organize weekly/monthly selling reports that actually make sense Handle photo/sample requests and data templates with ease Assist sales team in researching prospects and acquiring new accounts Create weekly e-blasts (via Canva or other creative tool) highlighting in stock styles to boost in season reorders Coordinate and schedule travel for road and market appointments (hello, fashion cities!) Help prep for markets: samples, reports, supplieswere counting on you!
What You Bring: 12+ years of experience in fashion wholesale (apparel, accessories, or footwear a plusbut not a dealbreaker!) Ability to travel up to 30% Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Word + Excel) Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a positive, can-do spirit A team player mentality who takes initiative and thrives without constant direction Calmness under pressure; ability to navigate tricky situations with professionalism and grace Organized, driven, and detail-obsessed (in the best way) You take pride in your work and bring energy to every task
