Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.
Summary IT project manager to assist with several IT project initiatives for a chemical processing manufacturing facility. Position is located onsite five days a week.
NOTE: DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT APPROX 4-6 MONTHS
Qualifications Experienced in DCS Equipment and Software Experience with IT vendor management and support Experienced with IT Equipment and Software Consulting and Management
Education Requirements Bachelors' Degree in related field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to IT Document Development: Diagram updates and creation, Instruction Manual Development, Contract Review and Management, IT Training Program Development IT Equipment and Software Consulting and Management: Purchasing Research and Support, Budget Development/RFP’s, End-of-Life Equipment Destruction, Existing On-Site Equipment, Accessories, Organization, Destruction, (Asset Management), Develop Equipment and Software Replacement and Update Schedules, Research and Development of New Technology to Enhance and Improve Processes IT Vendor Management and Support: Work with Japan, Work with Japan’s vendors, Work with two IT firms, one local (Advantage Technology), One Out of State (Mercury and Earth) Possible supervision of an intern/co-op for a few weeks for grunt work.
