Director, Talent Solutions | Team Lead at 24 Seven Talent Overview We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director - Brand to lead the evolution of a dynamic wellness brand's creative identity. This full‑time leadership position calls for a strategic thinker and creative visionary who will shape and execute brand strategies that resonate deeply with audiences and authentically express the brand’s mission.
About the Role As the Creative Director - Brand, you will be the driving force behind the overall brand identity and storytelling. Leading a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, and content creators, you will ensure that every creative asset—from packaging and digital content to social media and experiential events—reflects a cohesive and compelling brand voice. Your role will meld cultural insight with creative innovation to turn complex concepts into emotionally engaging narratives across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy:
Develop and uphold a distinctive visual identity, tone, and narrative consistent across social, digital, paid media, packaging, and experiential marketing.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a creative team, cultivating a high‑performance culture that encourages innovation, excellence, and professional growth.
Content Oversight:
Guide creative output for organic social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels, ensuring engaging and relevant storytelling that aligns with brand values.
Campaign Creation:
Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and implement impactful campaigns that elevate brand presence and cultural relevance.
Creative Operations:
Streamline processes to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and high‑quality creative work, managing feedback and iterating swiftly.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of creative experience with proven leadership in lifestyle, wellness, or consumer packaged goods brands.
Demonstrated success in brand‑building and creating compelling, high‑impact campaigns from concept to launch.
Expertise in multi‑platform storytelling, especially short‑form video and social media ecosystems.
Hands‑on experience directing photo and video production with strong creative production knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
Highly organized, strategic, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
Proficiency with design and production tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software is a plus.
