Perform service, repair, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems and components. Diagnose issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal system performance. Deliver proactive preventive maintenance to support campus safety and system longevity. Respond to urgent issues to protect safety and operations. Accurately track time and materials; complete tasks on schedule. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment. Communicate effectively and maintain respectful working relationships campus‑wide. Qualifications
Associate’s degree or NATE certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years full‑time, journey‑level experience in HVAC/R. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R theory, thermodynamics, and control systems. Valid California Driver’s License and refrigerant certification required. Benefits
