Our client, a leading organization in the contact center solutions industry, is seeking a Genesys IVR Software Engineer (Pennington) to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement complex IVR solutions using Genesys and Nuance technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality contact center applications.
Test and support IVR applications in a cloud environment to ensure optimal performance.
Design systems aligned with business goals and best practices for coding and quality control.
Participate in solution development, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in IVR or full-stack programming.
Experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance frameworks is a plus.
Proficiency in Java/JavaScript and Eclipse SDK.
Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in private or public cloud environments.
Experience with MS Azure or OpenShift platforms is desirable.
