Who We’re Looking For
Licensed real estate agents who want to grow

Must currently live in or be moving to the area within 60 days
Responsibilities
Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
Practice client conversations and objection handling techniques
Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
Track daily activity and performance in the provided systems
Commit to ongoing learning and development
Qualifications
No prior experience required; training provided
Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Compensation $125,500 - $250,000 yearly
