The attorney will work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitrache and mezzanine transactions. Qualifications
JD degree from an ABA‑accredited law school At least six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm Texas bar admission Strong communication and writing skills Top academic credentials Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
