Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation of cutting‑edge data processing, automation and visualization solutions for our clients. This customer‑facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver transformative solutions across diverse enterprise environments. Nuix solutions are embracing AI capabilities to streamline customer’s work, and this role will be at the forefront to impact change.
Role Location This position will be based in our Herndon office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Herndon office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Business Consultants, Pre‑sales and Customers to understand their business requirements and technical constraints
Design and implement Nuix solutions tailored to specific customer needs
Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
Collaboratively develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps for technical and business stakeholders
Implementation & Deployment
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Nuix solutions in customer environments
Deploy and configure Nuix solutions applications in Linux and Kubernetes environments
Manage solution rollouts across AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Ensure seamless integration with existing customer systems and workflows
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
Implement orchestration, automation, data pipelines and model fine‑tuning processes
Establish monitoring and performance optimization frameworks
Create technical documentation and implementation guides
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
Customer Success & Support
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Train customer teams on solution usage and best practices
Identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases
Travel Requirements
This role may require up to 20% travel for customer engagements and on‑site implementation
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Technical & Consulting Expertise
Programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Strong hands‑on experience deploying and managing solutions in Windows and Linux environments with proficiency in Linux system administration and command‑line operations
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes deployment and container orchestration
Performance tuning, security configuration and network troubleshooting
Understanding of Natural Language Processing and machine learning concepts
Experience in prompt engineering and model optimization techniques is a plus
Familiarity with eDiscovery and/or investigations (digital forensics) and information governance solutions
Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)
Familiarity with Azure cloud services (AKS, Azure ML, Cognitive Services)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Professional Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to learn new solutions and products at pace with curiosity
Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
Customer‑focused mindset with ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Experience working in a consultative or customer‑facing technical role
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Implementation experience with data loss prevention software and tools
Previous experience in professional services or technical solutions consulting
Familiarity with Nuix products such as Nuix Workstation, Automate etc.
Industry certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
Experience with vector databases and embedding technologies
Familiarity with API development and microservices architecture
Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
Knowledge of with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, foundation models, etc.)
