Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs. Follow standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists. Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologist and other hospital personnel. Assure current standards of practice for the unit. Schedule
Mon (7:30a-8p), Tues & Thur (10:30a-8p), Wed (9:30a-8p) Qualifications
Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including Surgery and Trauma as required. One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers. HS diploma or GED required. Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required. Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required. Physical Requirements
Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly. Benefits
