Base pay: New York, NY $180,500.00-$285,000.00

As the Executive Director, Product Manager within Dining, Lifestyle & Experiences, you will lead a team to implement integrations and develop innovative dining and experience-focused product capabilities, such as Concierge services and new benefit fulfillment channels for Chase customers. You will collaborate closely with the Chase Card and Connected Commerce teams, as well as key design, technology, and data partners dedicated to providing exceptional products. You will engage with both internal and external partners, guiding projects with senior leadership, and utilizing your excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including compliance, business operations, legal, engineering, design, data and analytics.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, plan strategically and collaborate with executives to develop and execute strategies.

Run an effective and tightly organized controls environment.

Monitor against goals, identify and scope paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed.

Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization.

Lead ideation, refinement and execution of digital dining benefits strategy for Chase Dining and Lifestyle Experiences and Content.

Manage long-term roadmaps with all stakeholders.

Serve as relationship manager with existing external partners and work with product teams on prioritization of functionality for integration.

Partner with Chase Corporate Development to identify and engage with new platforms and functionality.

Participate in Chase Insights and Data Analytics work to leverage channels to test, validate and measure strategy progress and usage against goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

10+ years experience in digital product, marketing, strategy, or business development - blended backgrounds are welcome.

Can effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro‑active, action‑oriented and results‑oriented with the ability to prioritize.

Constantly inclined to connect the dots between initiatives.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytics skills.

Skilled at creating compelling presentations for leadership and providing clear recommendations.

Desire to create an inclusive environment for all stakeholders.

Demonstrates strong networking skills and thorough follow‑up.

Shows an ability to understand the big picture, while paying attention to details.

Passionate about understanding consumer needs and building digital products within the dining/travel/lifestyle space.
