Job Description & Responsibilities The Associate Director, Brand is responsible for strategically coordinating complex Supply Chain and Operations teams with overarching business objectives, ensuring compliance and strategic contributions that significantly impact billion‑dollar sales. Manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders within Brand, Operations and Commercial, to oversee strategies, risk management, and negotiations, ensuring successful implementation of brand/product forecasts and key cross‑functional initiatives. Provide global Brand and Product analysis, strategy perspective, and oversight to Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and annual Plan, demand and inventory management.

Drive multiple complex Supply Chain and Operations Brand programs to ensure timely decisions impacting over $1 B in sales, leveraging stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Serve as the primary interface with a wide variety of internal functions within Operations and Commercial to develop and align on Brand and Product forecasts.

Manage and engage stakeholders including Commercial Directors, VPs, and SVPs to oversee strategies, risk management, and negotiations.

Oversee and align the financial planning cycle, including Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and the annual Plan, managing inventory levels to synchronize strategic goals with financial planning across all functions.

Lead lifecycle management with a strategic perspective to ensure alignment of changes with business goals, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Ensure strategic integration and alignment of developmental products into brand planning by collaborating with Industrialization, Clinical Drug Supply Management, PPDST, and Asset Strategy Teams.

Lead initiatives for new solutions or governance improvements that drive standardization and synergies for cross‑functional and Brand teams.

Present to senior leaders articulating scenario stories and anticipating questions.

Initiate and manage program activities to optimize operational performance and meet strategic business needs while ensuring assurance of supply.

Provide direct leadership by mentoring and developing talent, fostering cultural collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or Science with business and product management in Life Science. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or product development overseeing a wide range of complex and strategic brand functions.

Strong leadership experience in driving complex operations, strategic impact and wide stakeholder influence.

Excellent communication to influence decisions and shape discussions.

Systemic thinking that links to achieving business objectives, understanding how strategies and tactics affect financials.

Strong knowledge in data analytics and storytelling through data.

Understanding of supply, demand, and market dynamics and impact on brand for Operations.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $137,500/yr – $261,000/yr. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), short‑term incentive programs, and long‑term incentive programs.
