On the Strategic Partnerships team, you’ll join a group focused on establishing diverse partnerships that are immersed in culture and show our customers how our products can fuel creativity and innovation, help them see the potential impact of Microsoft’s technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Partnership Managers, Technologists and Analysts in the effective delivery of marketing and technology partnerships.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams or agencies to deliver transformational technology with the partner.

Oversee activation plans to drive awareness of partnership and build product consideration/adoption through storytelling and tech engagement.

Report on partnership activations and impact, mapping activities to key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for optimization and larger impact.

Drive visibility internally of partnerships and establish regular cadence of engagement to ensure companywide utilization.

Oversee the balance and efficacy of the broader partnerships portfolio, proactively identifying gaps and needs.

Manage a complex budget ensuring adherence to all targets.

Embody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.

5+ years sponsorship activation, product marketing, integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience

Experience in campaign development and execution with a focus on measurable impact analysis.

Experience in project management, navigating varying priorities with tight timelines, organizational alignment, measurement and accountability.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

3+ years people management experience.

Integrated Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
