Sr Power Platform Developer (ONSITE)

Job Overview The role focuses on designing and deploying solutions using the Power Platform suite, automating workflows, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality low-code platforms to clients.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver tailored solutions using the Power Platform suite, including Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics, PCF controls, data modeling techniques, and Power BI.
Automate workflows and business processes.
Collaborate with analysts to evaluate requirements and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with relevant teams to deploy Power Platform solutions to test and production environments.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to clients, teammates, and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps and Power Automate features and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
6 to 9 years of experience in development using Power Platform tools – Canvas Power Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, PCF controls and Power BI.
Proficient in Power Platform technologies.
Experience with MS Dynamics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and related protocols.
Technical Knowledge/Skills
Power Platform expertise: Canvas and model-driven apps, SharePoint, workflows, Dataverse, Dynamics, plugin/module development, data modeling, and Power BI.
Relational databases.
Integration technologies: SOAP, REST.
Developer tooling: Git, Jira, Azure DevOps.
Certifications (Highly Beneficial)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
Salary And Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
