$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Essential Responsibilities

Interpret and abstract new leases, amendments, and related documents; maintain accurate data in MRI Generate monthly charges and tenant statements Manage commencement agreements and update lease information in MRI Draft and issue welcome letters, rent commencement letters, and other tenant correspondence Prepare recovery pools and year‑end reconciliations for CAM, taxes, and insurance Develop income projections and annual estimates for CAM/RET/insurance; post rental charges Monitor gross sales reports and calculate percentage rent Track and manage critical lease dates (security deposit reductions, options, expirations, notices) Provide accurate lease information to internal departments in a timely manner Collaborate with leasing and legal teams to resolve lease interpretation issues Monitor tenant payments, apply cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate with tenants regarding billing, collections, and lease obligations Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required 2+ years relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/database software MRI or Yardi Desired Skills and Experience
