As a Senior Director of Faith Partnerships on our Stand Together Faith Engagement Team, you will work with exceptional individuals, companies, and organizations driving change in education, communities, business, and public policy that empower people to improve their lives. As part of these efforts, you will be a key relationship manager, driving the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of partnerships with faith motivated partners.
How You Will Contribute
Partner with Strategic Partnerships leader to shape vision and strategy for pipeline cultivation and stewardship of influential individuals, institutions, and initiatives within faith motivated individuals and communities
Supervise Faith Partnerships directors to co-create, challenge, and align our point of view and strategies for engaging their audiences toward the highest yielding partnership priorities within the team and across the community
Model a culture consistent with Our Values across the team
Determine best practice for how ST’s capabilities and service offerings can align to scaleable and repeatable partnership engagements to increase value creation across the business
Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, partners, and other stakeholders from the faith community
Build and grow a robust pipeline of organizational investment or in-kind opportunities that support the vision of Stand Together on key issues
Make partnership recommendations to decision makers
Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of Stand Together partners to drive accountability on investment outcomes and regular reports on their progress to date
Collaborate across teams to drive results and effectively manage projects and relationships resulting in immediate, medium term, and long-term outcomes
Represent the organization among faith community partners and stakeholders
Build collaborations with current and prospective partners that extend and improve organizational impact and promote positive systems change
Work closely with leadership to measure outcomes to ensure that projects meet stakeholder needs
What You Will Bring
7+ years of related experience developing and leveraging strategic relationships with faith-based organizations
Proven examples of building and stewarding long-term relationships based on mutually aligned vision and goals
Experience approaching partnership development with creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and build internal cross-departmental consensus
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Skill in building relationships and relating to external audiences
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect
