The role We’re looking for a hybrid designer who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, web design, and user experience. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital assets — while also maintaining and improving web interfaces and landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and medical teams to bring the Premom brand to life visually, ensuring consistency, usability, and impact across all channels.

What you’ll do

Social Media Design: Create visually engaging, brand-consistent graphics and short-form content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) that resonate with our audience and support growth campaigns.

Web & Digital Design: Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and app interface elements that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

Product & Packaging Design: Develop creative, consumer-facing packaging concepts and marketing collateral that reflect Premom’s feminine, simple, and emotive brand identity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and design teams to ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics for digital and social content, including A/B tests, and make data-informed adjustments to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Design Innovation & Trends: Stay current with design trends, UX patterns, social media best practices, and packaging innovations to continuously elevate Premom’s creative output.

Problem Solving & Execution: Break design challenges into actionable solutions and deliver high-quality work on multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Who we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or both, preferably for high-growth B2C brands.

Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and web/design tools (Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Adobe XD, or similar).

Strong visual design skills — typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.

A design style that is feminine, simple, beautiful, and emotionally driven, with the ability to create visuals that resonate deeply with women navigating their fertility journey.

Experience creating performance-driven marketing and user acquisition creatives, with an analytical mindset to evaluate design performance and make data-informed adjustments.

Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.

Collaborative and communicative — able to give and receive feedback, articulate design decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Passion for women’s health and mission-driven work is a plus.
