We’re seeking a
Network Automation Architect
to design, build, and optimize automation frameworks that drive the scalability, reliability, and performance of complex network infrastructures. In this role, you’ll bridge traditional networking with modern DevOps practices—integrating APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to simplify operations and accelerate delivery. What You’ll Do
Architect and implement network automation solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance operational consistency. Design workflows leveraging tools such as
Gluware, Itential, Cisco NSO, IBM Network Automation, Ansible, and Python . Build and maintain configuration management systems that standardize device provisioning, enforce compliance, and support auto-remediation. Develop and integrate APIs across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, and others). Collaborate with DevOps and Network Operations teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks. Promote best practices in network automation, version control (Git), and continuous integration/testing. Troubleshoot complex issues across network layers and automation workflows to ensure performance and resilience. What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in
network engineering and automation architecture . Deep understanding of
network protocols
(BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VPN, etc.) and modern automation ecosystems. Strong background in
Python scripting, REST APIs, and configuration management tools
(Ansible, Terraform, etc.). Hands‑on experience with
orchestration platforms
such as Gluware, Itential, IBM, or Cisco NSO. Familiarity with
CI/CD tools, Git workflows , and Agile delivery environments. Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions across hybrid or cloud‑enabled environments. Seniority level
