Job Description This role can be based in San Francisco or New York. The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy problem solver to help accelerate growth and strengthen go‑to‑market strategy for our Talent Solutions business. This team owns a multi‑billion‑dollar business that is available to LinkedIn’s customers. In this role, you will collaborate with key business partners on spearheading multiple initiatives and scaling Enterprise Programs, which is a strategic growth lever for the business.

Responsibilities
Independently lead global monetization and pricing strategy projects end‑to‑end, scoping and structuring projects into clear bodies of work, driving quantitative and qualitative analyses and problem solving, and developing recommendations and high‑quality project deliverables.
Present pricing strategy proposals to VP‑level executives and audiences.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to evolve pricing and commercial frameworks that generate revenue and deliver value for customers.
Leverage hypothesis‑driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities.
Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricing strategy.
Lead voice of customer and field interviews and large‑scale quantitative customer research using techniques including max diff, conjoint, concept tests and pricing/value assessments.
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging.
Drive recommendations and partner with stakeholders across Sales, BizOps, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product to turn opportunities into realized value by providing guidance and support throughout the go‑to‑market processes.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Pricing, BizOps, Corporate Strategy & Planning, or similar analytical role at a tech company, or experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, and Private Equity/Venture Capital.
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant graduate level degree in business (i.e., MBA), economics or a related field.
Experience conducting end‑to‑end market research and research methods in pricing (e.g. Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, Conjoint etc.).
Experience building & optimizing commercial business models or broader Go‑To‑Market strategies, optimizing packaging & pricing strategy for B2B SaaS / Software businesses.
Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insight to drive strategic Go‑To‑Market, pricing and/or packaging decisions.
Proven track record in developing the business case for changes in pricing and commercial strategy for a global senior executive audience (Senior Directors/VPs/LOB C‑Suite).
Ability to set up and manage a strategy project end to end.
Comfortable building and interpreting reports in CRM, running own SQL analyses and building financial models. Able to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision‑making.
Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain.
Excellent verbal/written communication and high clarity of thought.
Self‑starter who is ready to “act like an owner”, and is able to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations.
Ability to inspire and influence cross‑functional partners and drive decision‑making among senior executives.
Marketing strategy skills. Ability to understand customer needs/perceived value, drive customer value creation, and develop go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate growth.
Advanced level skills using SQL and Excel (3+ years of experience).

Compensation LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $204,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
