Role Overview We are seeking a Senior SAP PP Process Lead to drive the digitization of Quality Inspection processes across our manufacturing plants. This role will serve as the SAP Functional Expert, partnering closely with business stakeholders, plant operations, and IT teams to design and deploy a standardized, digital Quality Inspection solution leveraging SAP BTP, Fiori, and core SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of a digital Quality Inspection process within SAP, replacing manual and paper-based workflows.

Collaborate with business users and plant operations to capture process requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

Define functional specifications and guide the development of SAP Fiori apps and BTP-based extensions for inspection data capture, approvals, and reporting.

Partner with data and analytics teams to design real-time dashboards and KPIs for quality performance monitoring.

Ensure process consistency and standardization across plants while accommodating local regulatory and operational nuances.

Collaborate with SAP technical teams (ABAP, BTP developers) to deliver, test, and validate solutions.

Lead UAT, training, and change management to enable seamless adoption.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Production Planning, Quality Management (QM), and integration touchpoints with Manufacturing Execution and Supply Chain systems.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

Proven track record of leading SAP-enabled process transformations in manufacturing environments.

Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori app design, and integration with S/4HANA.

Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes, including shop floor data capture.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to bridge business and IT perspectives.

Experience in multi‑plant or global template rollouts is preferred.

Enhanced compliance, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Consistent and standardized inspection processes enterprise‑wide.

Compensation The expected compensation for this role ranges from

$80,000

to

$158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
