$148,000.00/yr – $224,000.00/yr Who You Are
Bachelor's in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, sales and operations planning, data warehousing, ETL, and blended reporting experience. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Domo, Microsoft Azure, and PowerAutomate. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and a proven track record in data analytics and performance visualization, including successful solution rollout and governance. Working knowledge of business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, sales and operations planning) with the capability to collaborate cross‑functionally across sales, accounting, finance, and IT departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Player‑coach to lead and develop team members on data analysis and data visualization best practices. Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships and the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location. What You’ll Do
Use data solutions and reporting to advise clients and develop solutions for people, process, and technology optimization. Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver high‑quality projects. Provide technical guidance and expertise on data‑related projects and develop data governance and master data management strategies. Develop reports, presentations, and other client‑facing deliverables and own planning of and successful delivery against project budget and workstreams. Participate actively in the development of junior team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a team‑based working culture. About Riveron
