Andersen Corporation is hiring a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to serve three primary functions within the Renewal by Andersen division in Cottage Grove: Portfolio Manager : Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, negotiate project priority, evaluate key metrics, and guide strategy. Project Coach : Guide other project leaders in DMAIC methodology, Lean principles, experimentation, measurement, and process control. Independent Contributor : Lead and execute projects to improve business metrics and data visibility. Primary Responsibilities
Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio for engineers and operations resources. Translate local operation pain points into measurable opportunities. Drive decision making in ambiguous areas using data. Facilitate alignment across functions (Engineering, Operations, R&D). Apply statistical tools (DOE, MSA, FMEA, process mapping, capability). Guide project resources, including green belts, in DMAIC methodology. Lead continuous improvement projects in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Qualifications and Skills
BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science or a 4‑yr degree in Supply Chain Management. Project management experience with cross‑functional teams. Strong change management, influence, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and sustain change. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Lean & Six Sigma Belt Certification. Statistical analysis proficiency with Minitab, JMP, or similar. Compensation
Pay range: $88,235 – $136,765. Compensation varies by experience, education, location, and certifications. Benefits
