Summary / Objective The Global Vice President of Operations is a seasoned executive responsible for driving operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, and post-sale support functions worldwide. This role provides both strategic and hands‑on leadership to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and support scalable global growth. The VP will oversee a network of multi‑site operations and lead director‑level department heads across production, sourcing, supply chain, and distribution.

Define and execute the global operations and supply chain strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team to support business growth, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Translate corporate objectives into actionable plans that ensure the organization’s value chain delivers sustainable competitive advantage.
Set and manage key operational metrics across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service functions.
Lead the development and management of operating budgets and long‑term capital plans.
Direct and mentor cross‑functional leaders, serving as a visible driver of change, collaboration, and accountability.
Manage up to 10 direct reports and 250+ indirect employees across multiple facilities.
Partner closely with senior leadership to align operational priorities with overall corporate strategy.
Oversee global environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Lead global demand and supply planning processes, including SIOP, capacity planning, and new product introduction readiness.
Drive excellence in materials management, inventory optimization, and procurement strategy to maintain best‑in‑class service levels.
Oversee logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data accuracy for domestic and international shipments.
Optimize global manufacturing capacity and resource utilization across a distributed network of facilities.
Direct the operation of distribution and fulfillment centers to achieve high service standards in delivery, accuracy, and returns processing.
Establish and continuously improve quality systems, metrics, and processes that promote consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with engineering and production teams early in the product lifecycle to integrate quality and manufacturability into design.

Travel Approximately 25%, including international travel as required to oversee facilities and global partners.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Professional certifications in operations, supply chain, or quality management are a plus.
