Program Manager, Marketing BridgeBio is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to support the overall marketing department, manage projects, and coordinate initiatives across multiple disease areas.

Base Pay Range $130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Location On-site at our San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing department in managing assigned products, including developing promotional and campaign materials, ad copy, ads, product brochures, sales aids, multimedia materials, and technical articles.

Support marketing project approvals with the promotional review committee (PRC) in the Veeva Vault PromoMats system.

Analyze and track marketing programs, reporting performance and effectiveness.

Identify and propose internal and external ideas and initiatives to promote general awareness of the company brand.

Manage and triage field sales force requests on specific existing marketing programs and new ideas for consideration.

Support planning for sales and marketing meetings.

As needed, support all marketing materials development as well as marketing programs.

Handle speaker agreements and the HCP contracting process for the department.

Interact with and oversee the work of outside vendors on designated projects.

Qualifications

Education: BA/BS required.

Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/medical field or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytic skills.

Strong organizational management.

Demonstrated track record of successfully coordinating the efforts and results of multiple functional areas.

Ability to communicate the business's vision, direction, and market realities to internal and external audiences.

Self-starter and motivated.
