Job Scope The Product Manager, Partner Products will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Telluride's partner-facing platform. Focus on building self-service capabilities (onboarding, offer tools, reporting, developer APIs) that simplify partner integration, reduce launch times, and scale revenue impact. Acting as the partner's voice, turn feedback into features, automate workflows to lower cost-to-serve, and deliver measurable outcomes across speed, adoption, and satisfaction.
Job Summary Telluride is our Loyalty Card-as-a-Service (LCaaS) platform, helping partners embed credit, loyalty, and rewards directly into their customer journeys. We are hiring a Product Manager, Partner Products to lead the partner-facing platform building self‑service tools that streamline onboarding, integration, and growth.
Reports To DVP, Growth Strategy - SYW
Responsibilities
Prioritize features based on revenue impact, partner adoption, and launch efficiency.
Develop intuitive partner onboarding flows including self‑serve sign‑up, sandbox access, compliance processes.
Conduct ongoing partner discovery to capture feedback and identify friction points.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories, lead UAT, and maintain a friction log.
Define and own the roadmap for Telluride's Partner Platform.
Enable partners to create, approve, publish offers independently.
Deliver real‑time dashboards for partners to track applications, approvals, spend, and rewards activity.
Provide APIs, SDKs, and documentation that simplify integration.
Act as the partner advocate within Telluride.
Champion a best‑in‑class partner experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and long‑term engagement.
Automate manual workflows (approvals, campaign setup, compliance checks) to reduce internal effort.
Deliver features that lower partner launch costs by 50% while enabling scale without a proportional increase in partner management resources.
Establish clear success metrics and ensure every release ties back to measurable outcomes such as faster launches, reduced cost‑to‑serve, and incremental revenue.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
5‑10 years of related experience.
Up to 25% travel.
18 years of age or older.
Required Skills
5+ years product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, loyalty, or SaaS.
Demonstrated success building partner‑facing platforms, portals, or self‑service tools.
Proven ability to define, track, and deliver against KPIs focused on efficiency, adoption, and revenue impact.
Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in APIs, integrations, and developer ecosystems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, startup mindset comfortable with high autonomy, accountability, and rapid iteration.
