Automation Solutions Architect (UiPath is must)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in UiPath with broad knowledge of complementary automation technologies and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, efficient automation solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and enterprise-grade security Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches Develop detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation Guide and mentor automation developers while establishing best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks Evaluate and integrate various automation tools and technologies, including OCR solutions, to create comprehensive automation ecosystems Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper environment setup and configuration for automation deployments Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle Drive innovation by staying current with automation trends and introducing new technologies where appropriate Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create roadmaps for implementation Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on RPA and automation Advanced expertise in UiPath, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#/VB.NET) for automation scripting and integration Hands‑on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or similar) Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native automation solutions Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns Experience with API integration and web services (REST, SOAP) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Technical Skills

UiPath Platform: Studio, Orchestrator, Test Suite, Apps OCR Technologies and Intelligent Document Processing Knowledge of design patterns, DDD, microservices and layered architectures .NET Development (C#/VB.NET) Visual Studio and .NET Framework/Core SQL and Database Management Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Version Control Systems (Git) CI/CD Tools and Practices Enterprise Integration Patterns Process Mining and Analysis Tools Preferred Qualifications

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Architect certification Experience with additional RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in automation Experience with process mining tools Agile/Scrum certification Experience leading automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) Soft Skills
