Responsibilities
Identify and respond to insider threat security events
Analyze and triage alerts from DLP, UEBA, and other monitoring tools
Develop insider threat use cases and tune DLP and UEBA rules and policies
Manage incident response and investigative leads, coordinating with legal and HR teams
Conduct open-source research about industry trends and insider threat protection strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 5+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity
Skill in collecting and interpreting data from cyber defense resources to recognize threats
Knowledge of DLP, UEBA, and logging applications, including policy tuning
Familiarity with incident response methodologies and network security concepts
Proficiency in scripting languages and understanding of cyber-attack techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conducting trend analysis in cybersecurity
Knowledge of security controls frameworks and their application to assess security posture
Previous experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity industry
