Job Description: Generative AI Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with generative AI models, including but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, and will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that align with business goals and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement generative AI models and solutions using state‑of‑the‑art techniques.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.
Optimize and fine‑tune AI models for performance and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in Discovery sessions, help implement the GenAI, agentic AI capabilities as mentioned above, test the new platform with respect to agent creation, deployment, MCP, agent gateway, RAG, evaluation, observability, content sphere. KT transfer and documentation.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong understanding of generative AI models, including GPT, GANs, and VAEs.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AWS GenAI stack (e.g., Bedrock, Agentcore, Q business, Q developer, Kiro).
Familiarity with ML/Ops processes, from development to deployment in production environments.
Advanced skills in data visualization and model optimization.
5+ years of hands‑on ML engineering experience.
Deep understanding of ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
Knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design.
Experience with large language models and generative AI.
Experience with agents and related technologies.
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly preferred)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
Bedrock Sage maker
