What You’ll Do The Brand & Creative team is CoreWeave’s internal creative engine, driving how the world sees and feels our brand. We define, articulate, and scale how millions connect with CoreWeave as the essential AI cloud provider, translating complex innovation into stories that inspire belief and action. As a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, illustrators, animators, and producers, we blend strategy, creativity, and craft to create ideas with impact.

About The Role We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Brand to lead CoreWeave’s brand marketing efforts globally. This person will be responsible for defining and evolving CoreWeave’s core brand messaging, brand guidelines, and integrated campaign development across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in brand marketing for large global brands and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across Creative, Communications, Social, Product, Legal, and other Marketing teams.

Define and articulate CoreWeave’s brand positioning and core messaging across all audiences and touchpoints.

Partner with creative leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity across channels, geographies, and the customer experience.

Lead the development and execution of breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns that elevate CoreWeave’s brand globally.

Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing brand strategy team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Champion innovation and creativity in brand storytelling, leveraging data, insights, and cultural intelligence to inform strategy and fuel differentiation.

Partner closely with Creative, Communications, Social, Product, Legal, and other Marketing functions to ensure alignment and amplification of brand initiatives.

Establish and track brand health metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Partner with the Research & Insights team to build a learning agenda that drives insights and optimizes brand impact.

Drive brand strategy with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, competitive positioning, differentiation and evolving customer and market needs.

Ensure cultural relevance and resonance across diverse global markets, embedding local nuance into global brand work.

Partner on amplifying the brand through strategic partnerships, events, and ecosystem plays that extend CoreWeave’s reach and influence.

Serve as a senior Brand voice, providing thought leadership, clarity, and inspiration to the Brand & Creative leadership team and CMO.

Preferred

15+ years of experience in brand marketing, with significant leadership roles within global creative agencies and/or internal B2B / Tech brand marketing teams.

7+ years of experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.

Proven success driving brand growth in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or other high‑growth disruptive industries.

Strong track record of success at large global brands and during times of category creation, transformation, or hypergrowth.

Demonstrated ability to marry data, insights, and analytics with breakthrough creative storytelling.

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive presence; able to influence and inspire at the C‑suite and board level.

Deep experience working across global markets with cultural nuance and fluency.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.

Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Media, Comms and Creative teams to bring integrated strategies to life.

Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
