Responsibilities
Assist teachers with planning and implementing classroom activities and lessons.
Provide individual and small group instruction to students in academic and social emotional areas.
Supervise students during lunch, break, and recess periods.
Assist with student behavior management and conflict resolution.
Collect behavior data and support in implementing behavior plans.
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Assist with daily living activities (i.e. toileting).
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Training:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
Prefer Associate Degree
Minimum Experience:
1 year as a paraprofessional working with students with ASD/behavior challenges.
Experience collecting behavior data and implementing IEP/BIP
