Brand Designer – European Union
We are looking for a Brand Designer in the European Union. As a Brand Designer, you will take ownership of shaping and elevating the visual identity of a fast‑growing, high‑impact company. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution across digital, print, and motion media. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience that resonates with customers and stakeholders. The position offers high autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to set the standard for all visual communications. You will define the visual DNA of the company, maintaining consistency while pushing creative boundaries. The role is hybrid‑based, providing flexibility while supporting collaboration across the team.
Accountabilities
Maintain and evolve the company's website to ensure it feels sharp, fresh, and differentiated
Build and scale a comprehensive brand design system, including typography, color palettes, iconography, illustration styles, and motion guidelines
Design marketing collateral across digital campaigns, print materials, and event assets
Create video and motion assets, storyboarding, and directing visual style for brand and product videos
Develop illustrations and graphics for the website, product interfaces, and marketing channels
Design presentations, pitch decks, and other assets to communicate the brand with impact
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years focused on brand design
Portfolio demonstrating range in web, visual systems, marketing campaigns, and storytelling through design
Strong sense of typography, layout, and art direction
Experience translating brand strategy into visually compelling systems
Ability to balance conceptual thinking with pixel‑perfect execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence to lead visual direction
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with rapid iteration
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
Knowledge of animation or motion design is a plus
