A high-growth fintech company in the South Bay is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-suite leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can manage shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a later-stage company with unicorn status that continues to expand. Please note this is an in-office role with required overtime, Monday through Friday, and remote availability on weekends. Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal/external events. Prepare meeting materials and agendas, and assist with follow-up tasks and action items. Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Organize executive lunches, dinners, offsites, and other leadership engagements. Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion. Proactively anticipate executive needs and identify opportunities to enhance workflow and team efficiency. Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach. Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently after initial onboarding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly responsive and communicative via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Professional, polished presence and sound judgment. Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and travel booking platforms. Compensation
