to lead our global Project Management Office. This role is critical to driving cross-functional program success, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling scalable operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a proven ability to lead distributed teams, and a passion for building processes that support growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

Lead and mentor a global team of project managers across multiple time zones Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for project execution, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction Act as a senior escalation point for critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programs Ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets Drive consistency in project methodologies, tools, and reporting across teams Capacity Planning & Forecasting

Establish and maintain a robust process for resource capacity planning and forecasting Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure accurate projections and staffing plans Monitor utilization and proactively identify gaps or risks in resource allocation Process Improvement & Governance

Define and implement PMO standards, best practices, and governance frameworks Continuously improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and scalability Ensure compliance with internal controls and customer requirements Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure program alignment Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and customers Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven experience managing global teams and complex delivery programs Strong understanding of eCommerce, ERP, or enterprise software implementation projects Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and resource management Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
