Print Production Supervisor
will manage the large‑format department in our Riot Creative Imaging division, ensuring high‑quality color graphics for premium brands.
Responsibilities
Production Oversight
– schedule jobs, control workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the department well organized.
Team Leadership
– train team members, hold daily huddles, and maintain a smooth start to each week, including weekend work when necessary.
Quality Control
– perform proofing and quality checks on each job, review work orders to ensure all codes are added before billing, and keep abreast of the latest trends in large‑format printing.
Inventory Management
– order products and materials, maintain proper stocking, reduce or sell unnecessary inventory to other service centers during slow periods.
Process Improvement
– facilitate efficient changeover from job to job, operate in a process‑oriented manner to save costs, and support the overall customer satisfaction and quality of service on time.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in large‑format production.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge of Onyx and Fiery RIP software, Adobe Suite, and standard tape measure use.
Exceptional math skills, creative problem‑solving, and the ability to hand‑cut material with a cutting blade and ruler.
Ability to read and use standard measurements, report to work as scheduled, and accept occasional late‑night and/or weekend work.
