The Role We’re seeking an innovative organic growth specialist to revolutionize how our target market finds and engages with Affinity. This role goes beyond traditional SEO playbooks—you’ll be pioneering the future of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) while owning our entire website experience. You’ll be constantly testing new approaches, leveraging AI tools daily, and optimizing for both traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered answer engines. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation.
What will I be doing? Next‑Generation Search Optimization
Lead our transition from traditional SEO to AEO, optimizing content for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI‑powered platforms
Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies that capture high‑intent prospects in private capital markets
Create structured, authoritative content that AI engines cite as definitive answers about relationship intelligence and deal flow optimization
Implement advanced schema markup, featured snippets optimization, and conversational search strategies
Website Performance & Optimization
Own and continuously optimize our Webflow website for conversion, speed, and user experience
Build, test, and iterate on landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels
Implement A/B testing frameworks for website elements, messaging, and user journeys
Manage technical SEO including site architecture, redirects, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals
Webflow Development & Management
Make direct changes to our Webflow site, including new pages, layout modifications, and CMS updates
Optimize our Webflow CMS for scalable content management and automated SEO settings
Implement advanced Webflow features like dynamic content, conditional visibility, and custom interactions
Ensure responsive design and optimal mobile experience across all pages
AI‑Powered Innovation
Use AI tools daily for keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and performance insights
Implement AI‑driven testing frameworks for title optimization, meta descriptions, and content structure
Leverage machine learning tools for predictive SEO analysis and trend identification
Pioneer new approaches to optimize for voice search and conversational AI platforms
Analytics & Performance Management
Track and optimize for both traditional SEO metrics and AEO visibility indicators
Monitor brand mentions across AI platforms and conversational search results
Build comprehensive dashboards tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, featured snippet captures, and AI citation frequency
Conduct regular technical audits and competitive analysis to identify optimization opportunities

Experience & Expertise
3‑5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth in B2B SaaS or similar industries
Webflow proficiency with the ability to build pages, modify layouts, and manage CMS content independently
AEO and AI search optimization knowledge – understanding how to optimize for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other answer engines
Technical SEO skills including schema markup, site speed optimization, and crawlability management
Technical Skills
Advanced Webflow development skills including CMS setup, dynamic content, and custom code integration
SEO tool proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and emerging AEO tracking tools
AI tool expertise for content optimization, keyword research, and competitive analysis
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for implementing technical optimizations and troubleshooting
Strategic Mindset
