Key Responsibilities
Define, develop, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that align technology solutions with business goals and client requirements.
Establish architecture standards and principles that drive scalability, interoperability, and security across all systems.
Partner with business and technology executives to prioritize enterprise technology investments, assess emerging risks, and guide decision‑making.
Develop and oversee enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with modernization, digital transformation, and business strategy.
Influence vendor and technology selection to ensure alignment with enterprise direction and cost efficiency.
Lead enterprise‑level strategy for cloud platforms (Azure, M365), infrastructure modernization, and integration architecture.
Drive adoption of innovative technologies and frameworks that enhance business agility, data insights, and security posture.
Oversee enterprise‑wide design principles related to cloud, data, and security to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA standards.
Promote consistent use of enterprise tools, integration patterns, and design frameworks across all divisions and managed practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage and operational excellence.
Engage with client executives and healthcare leaders to align technology capabilities with operational and clinical goals.
Collaborate with business development and account teams during pre‑sales efforts to define strategic technology approaches that demonstrate value to clients.
Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and proposal development to demonstrate technical capabilities and strategic value.
Translate client requirements into architectural blueprints and solution roadmaps.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complex technical concepts for executive and physician audiences.
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of enterprise, solution, and security architects.
Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across architecture and engineering teams.
Collaborate across project managers, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of large‑scale projects.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure architectural effectiveness, delivery, and ROI.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen cybersecurity posture and business continuity.
Maintain up‑to‑date architecture documentation, policies, and roadmaps.
Technology Strategy & Innovation

Qualifications Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert – Microsoft Certified.
Security Certifications – CISSP, CISM.
Enterprise Architecture – TOGAF Certified.
Experience
12+ years IT systems engineering in enterprise IT platforms.
10+ years enterprise IT architecture in managed services or consulting environments.
5+ years security design and implementation.
Azure cloud solutions expertise.
Proven leadership of technical teams on large‑scale projects.
Pre‑sales or client‑facing solution design experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Cloud technologies: Azure, M365, serverless architectures.
Enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman.
Security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA.
DevSecOps and automation tools.
Project and stakeholder management.
Strategic alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.
Working Conditions
